For accurate fabrication, please provide measurements from end of external thread to end of external thread at the opposing end as shown above. If you are passing the external thread through a post please allow for the length of the appropriate hex/dome nuts to be accounted for when taking your measurements.
Please note the different thread sizes for identical wire rope diameters.
Dimension b is enlarged by 3 to 6% during the swaging process.

1. Pass one end of the assembly through your first fixing point and secure loosely with a hex nut.
2. Pass the other end of your assembly through the other fixing point and again secure loosely with a hex nut.
3. Evenly tighten the nuts until desired tension is achieved.
4. Screw the dome nuts on either end of your assembly to apply the finishing touches.
