1. We recommend that you provide a similar fixing bracket to our “clevis” fitting. For swaged eye assemblies suitable for 4mm rope or smaller we recommend using our Clevis with right hand wood thread if you are fitting into a wooden surface. Alternatively you could use our “clevis with external thread that could be passed through a post and secured on the outside with a hex nut. For more advise please contact us and a member of your team will be happy to help you.
2. Once you have attached a fixing to your mounting surface, attach one end of our assembly. If you are using our clevis fixing then simply place the eye end through the centre of the fork end and place the clevis pin through the hole. Secure in place with a cir-clip.
3. Now attach the other end by repeating step 2.
4. Your assembly will now be installed and ready to use.
